Delete Your Neat Photo Data
Neat Photo respects your right to delete your data.
Here's how to request deletion of your account and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Neat Photo app on your iPhone
- Tap the Settings tab (gear icon)
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
What Happens Next
- Your account is immediately blocked from signing in
- You have 30 days to change your mind — just sign back in to reactivate
- After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
What Gets Deleted
When your account is permanently deleted, we remove:
- Profile — username, email, account settings
- Photos — all submitted photos and metadata
- Progress — level, XP, achievements, streak history
- Rankings — leaderboard positions and division history
- Inventory — coins, gems, emoji collection
- Audio — generated critique audio files
- Authentication — Sign in with Apple/Google credentials
